What to review before paying, and how to get assistance.
Payment options
Use the methods displayed for your order in Shopify checkout. Availability varies. Normal website orders do not require payment outside checkout.
Your checkout total
Review the currency, item prices, shipping, discounts, and taxes before paying. Your provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Payment processing
Enabled payment providers handle payment credentials under their own terms. Never email full card numbers, security codes, or passwords. No online system guarantees absolute security.
Confirmation and failed payments
Check your checkout email for confirmation. For declines, contact your payment provider. If charged without confirmation, contact us before retrying. Temporary authorization timing depends on your provider.
Order verification
We may request reasonable verification for suspicious orders. Verify unexpected payment requests through service@lumqavi.com. Confirm the domain is lumqavi.com before entering payment details.
Approved refunds
Approved return refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Payment providers may require additional posting time.
